1. General Refund Policy
1.1 Overview
At AI Freedom Club, operated by WIN MASSIVE IMPACT PVT LTD, we stand behind the quality of our Chrome extensions and services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds across all our products.
1.2 No Money-Back Guarantee
Important: We do NOT offer a general money-back guarantee. All sales are final unless the circumstances in section 1.3 apply.
1.3 Refund Eligibility
Refunds will ONLY be issued in the following cases:
- App doesn't work: If the extension or service is not functioning at all
- Core features broken: If the primary functionality (summarization, Notion integration, etc.) is not working as described
- Technical issues we cannot resolve: If you experience critical bugs that prevent usage and our support team cannot fix them
To request a refund, you must:
- Contact us at support@aifreedomclub.com
- Provide detailed information about the issue
- Allow our support team reasonable time (48-72 hours) to attempt to resolve the issue
- If we cannot fix the problem, we will issue a refund
1.4 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind: If you simply don't want the service anymore
- Not satisfied: Dissatisfaction with features that work as intended
- Didn't use it: Lack of usage or forgetting about the subscription
- Terms violation: Violation of our Terms of Service
- Account suspension: Account suspension due to abuse or fraud
- Third-party costs: OpenRouter API usage costs on BYOK plans (we only refund our subscription fee)
- User error: Issues caused by incorrect setup or user mistakes (we'll help fix these)
- Compatibility: If your system doesn't meet requirements that were clearly stated
1.5 How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the criteria in section 1.3:

- Include:
- Order ID or receipt number
- Email address used for purchase
- Detailed description of the technical problem
- Screenshots or error messages (if applicable)

- If the issue cannot be resolved, we will process your refund
1.6 Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed through Stripe (our payment processor)
- Funds returned to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days (may vary by bank)
- You will receive a confirmation email once refund is issued
2. YouTube Video Summarizer Pro Extension
2.1 Refund Policy for All Plans
All sales are final. Refunds for YouTube Video Summarizer Pro will ONLY be issued if:
- The extension fails to install or load properly
- Video summarization feature does not work at all
- Notion integration is completely broken and cannot be fixed
- Critical bugs prevent you from using the extension's core features
- Our support team is unable to resolve the technical issue within 48-72 hours
Plans covered:
- Free Plan: No refund needed (free)
- Premium Plan (BYOK) - $67/year: Refund available only for technical issues
- Unlimited Plan (BYOK) - $97/year: Refund available only for technical issues
- Lifetime Plan (BYOK) - $147: Refund available only for technical issues
- Managed Plan (Monthly) - $17/month: Refund available only for technical issues
- Managed Plan (Annual) - $99/year: Refund available only for technical issues
- Student Plans: Same policy applies
2.2 BYOK Plans - API Costs
For Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) plans:
- We refund only the subscription fee paid to AI Freedom Club
- We DO NOT refund OpenRouter API usage costs
- You are responsible for managing your own API budget
- API charges are between you and OpenRouter directly
2.3 Managed Plans - Included Usage
For Managed plans (we provide API access):
- Refund of subscription fee only if technical issues cannot be resolved
- No separate API charges to worry about
- All processing costs are included in your plan
2.4 No Partial Refunds
- Monthly Plans: No partial refunds; cancellation takes effect at end of billing period
- Annual Plans: No prorated refunds for unused time
- Lifetime Plans: No refunds unless technical issues cannot be resolved
- All Plans: You retain access until the end of your paid period even after cancellation
2.5 Subscription Cancellations
- You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You retain access until the end of the paid period
- No refunds for cancellations - only for unresolved technical issues
- Canceled subscriptions can be reactivated anytime
2.6 Student Discount Plans
- Student plans follow the same refund policy (technical issues only)
- Student verification must be legitimate
- False student verification results in no refund and account termination
2.7 Technical Issues - How to Get Help
If you experience technical problems with the extension:
- Contact support immediately: support@aifreedomclub.com
- Provide details: Include screenshots, error messages, and steps to reproduce the issue
- Allow time for resolution: Our team will work to resolve the issue within 48-72 hours
- Refund if unfixable: If we cannot fix the problem after reasonable attempts, a full refund will be issued
- No time limit: This applies at any time during your subscription, not just the first few days
Remember: We are committed to making the extension work for you. Please give us a chance to fix any issues before requesting a refund.
2.8 Chargebacks
- Please contact us before initiating a chargeback
- We are committed to resolving all issues fairly
- Chargebacks result in immediate account suspension
- Chargeback fees may be pursued if refund was available
3. Free Trials
- Managed Plans: May offer free trial periods (check current offers)
- Free Plan: No credit card required
- Trial Cancellation: Cancel anytime during trial - no charges
- After trial: Subscription begins automatically if not canceled
- Trial Refunds: Same policy applies - refunds only for technical issues we cannot resolve
4. Refund Processing Timeline
- Step 1 - Request: Email support with refund request
- Step 2 - Review: We review your request (1-2 business days)
- Step 3 - Approval: Refund approved and processed via Stripe
- Step 4 - Bank Processing: Your bank processes the refund (5-10 business days)
- Total Time: 7-12 business days from request to funds in account
5. Special Circumstances
5.1 Service Downtime
- If our service is down for more than 24 hours consecutively
- We will provide a prorated credit or refund
- Does not apply to third-party service outages (YouTube, OpenRouter)
5.2 Account Termination
- If we terminate your account for Terms of Service violations
- No refund will be issued
- All unused credits are forfeited
5.3 Force Majeure
- No refunds for service disruptions due to events beyond our control
- Examples: Natural disasters, wars, pandemics, government actions
6. Changes to Refund Policy
- We may update this Refund Policy from time to time
- Significant changes will be communicated via email
- Changes apply to purchases made after the update date
- Existing subscriptions retain the refund policy at time of purchase
